The initial order is supplied after payment of a proforma invoice by direct debit, cheque, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
Goods are usually shipped by Australia Post or a suitable alternative and the freight cost is at the customer’s expense.
The minimum invoice value is just $150 however we are happy to discuss special orders as needed.
Claims for goods short supplied must be made 7 days from date of delivery.
Terms are strictly 30 days from statement date we offer a 2.75% settlement discount for payments made 14 days from invoice date.
It is a condition of sale that title to goods does not pass to the customer until the invoice is paid in full.

If the products you purchased have a minor failure we will refund, repair or replace at our option.
If the products you purchased have a major failure we will refund, repair or replace at your option.
When you buy products, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
You will need to provide proof of purchase: original receipt, credit/debit card statement.
You may take advantage of the Refunds Policy by returning the goods by delivery (in which event we will reimburse you the delivery costs).
